In your role as social events manager, you will :

1. 1.   Carry out the tasks assigned to supporters of our association;
   2.   Understand and share the L.I.A.’s aims and philosophy wholeheartedly ;
   3.   Suggest and book a restaurant so that activists who wish to do so can meet up after an action ;
   4.   Organise the “anti-speciesist get-togethers” twice a month from May to September in nice bars ;
   5.   Work with Elaine and Alain to organise an end-of-year meal with the association’s activists ;
   6.   Work with Elaine and Alain to organise an anti-speciesist evening at the end of June.
      
      

This role requires : 

• • Living in Brussels and having a good knowledge of the capital’s bars, restaurants and nightlife venues ;
  • Enjoying organising festive and sociable events ;
  • Being committed to fostering a sense of community and ensuring that everyone feels welcome ;
  • Varying the options on offer whilst taking costs into account to enable as many people as possible to take part.
