A national street outreach coordinator

In your role as national street outreach coordinator, you will :

    1.   Carry out the tasks assigned to supportersactivists and associate members of our association ;
    2.   Manage all teams in Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders liaising directly with local team leaders and the board of directors ;
    3.   Join the private management group ‘Kern LIA’ ;
    4.   Be able to advocate for anti-speciesism and veganism in any interaction, doing so in a relevant, concise and respectful manner ;
    5.   Have a thorough understanding and full command of our association’s objectives and philosophy ;
    6.   Follow the guidelines you receive from the board of directors and liaise with them regularly to define the most effective strategy.

This role requires : 

    • A deep understanding of anti-speciesism ;
    • A firm belief that speciesism is a form of systemic oppression ;
    • A firm belief that anti-speciesism is primarily a political struggle ;
    • To be deeply philanthropic and to view speciesists as potential partners to be won over in their capacity as voters ;
    • To be organised, reliable and able to manage a team ;
    • To be a good communicator and to remain calm in all circumstances ;
    • To have a good command of French, Dutch and/or English.
