In your role as the person responsible for managing the active members of our association, you will :

1. 1.   Carry out the tasks assigned to supporters, activists and associate members of our association ;
   2.   Understand and have a thorough grasp of our association’s objectives and philosophy ;
   3.   Look after the well-being and fulfilment of members within our association ;
   4.   Step in to resolve any disputes between members ;
   5.   AWelcome new active members to our association and ensure they settle in quickly.

This role requires : 

• • To be conciliatory and work to de-escalate any disputes between members ;
  • To be intuitive and able to sense any tensions within a group ;
  • To be empathetic, so as to understand the situation by putting yourself in others’ shoes ;
  • To be patient, sociable and level-headed, and to value the benefits of dialogue ;
  • To keep Elaine and Alain regularly informed about the bonds that unite the group and any internal difficulties, and to report on these objectively.
